  The Holter Museum of Art is looking forward to its largest fundraising event of the year; the annual Gala & Auction! The most memorable part of last year’s event was the awesome power of a group coming together to support our mission to inspire, connect and heal our community through art. There is no doubt in my mind - the reason the Holter is moving forward and thriving- is because of the support we receive from individuals like you. Last year, over 70 artists gave full donations of their work to support the Holter. 

We would like to formally invite you to participate as a donating artist and to be included in either the live, premiere or silent auction. The sole purpose of this event is to generate funding for our exhibitions, art education and healing arts programs. 

Although the Holter has continued to thrive through the generosity of artists and their full donations, we understand that continually giving in full may be difficult for some. This year we have decided to offer the option of either a full donation or a 75%/25% split. (You may indicate your preference on your auction application.)

The event will be held Friday, June 12th at the Helena Civic Center

Each donating artist will receive 1 complimentary ticket to the festivities & a free year-long Holter membership.

If you would like to participate as a donating artist fill out this application and be sure to include an artist biography and a high resolution image of the piece.  

Confirm your donation and submit your application by Tuesday, April 28th

Please have your work delivered to the museum no later than Tuesday, May 19th.

All donated works will be on display at the museum from May 29th through June 11th.
