Ho Ho Holter Christmas Auction and bazaar, featuring artists from across the North West United States. The Holter Gift Shop is now accepting entries for our Live Sale and Digital Auction  

The Ho Ho Holter Dates: November 5th -  Dec 27th.  

Submission Deadline: for HO HO Holter Live Sale is Oct 1, 2021 at midnight. 

Number of Entries: Each artist may submit up to 5 pieces of art. The Holter Gift Shop may accept some, all, or none of them

Media / Preparation: Work must be ready to hang (when applicable) , Work must be presentable and ready to be displayed in gallery fashion.

Please clearly label each artwork (on back or bottom) with your name and title . 

Price: We encourage each artist to submit artwork that fits with the holiday theme.  Works within retail for $200.00 or less sell best for the holiday shopper. We will consider works up to $500.00. We intend to promote our Ho Ho Bazaar as a high quality affordable art show. 

Higher priced work will be considered for our digital auction. 

Digital Images: Digital images must be High quality format. File name must include artist's last name and the title of the art work. These images will be used for promotional purposes. 

Artists whose works are selected for the show grant The Holter Gift Shop the right to use submitted images to printed materials and the gallery's web and social media sites for promotional purposes only.  

Shipping & Delivery : Artists with accepted entries can deliver their artworks to The Holter Gift Shop. 

If shipping artwork, please label any packing and reusable material.  

Exhibition & Sales: Artwork accepted for the exhibit must be for sale. Artists are expected to set the retail price their submitted works. 

The Holter Museum is a non - profit organization. All funds go to help community projects.  

Sales are split 50/50 between artist & gallery 

Liability:  During exhibition, artwork will be insured by The Holter Museum of Art against all physical loss or damage from external cause for wholesale price. 

Agreement: Submission of work constitutes an agreement to the conditions set forth and acceptance that the decisions of the Holter Museum Gift Shop are final. The Gift Shop may photograph and reproduce accepted work for promotional purposes. Artists may not withdraw accepted entries before the close of the exhibition. The Holter Museum of Art is not responsible for refunding entry fees or allowing artists to change submission information for artworks which do not meet the above rules.
